Xavier “X” Jernigan is the AI DJ for Spotify and the first-ever voice model behind Spotify’s DJ – a personalized AI guide that knows your music taste so well it can choose what to play for you.
As Spotify’s in-house host for red carpet moments, celebrity interviews and more, X has represented Spotify at events like The Oscars and the AMAs and interviewed some of the biggest names in the industry – including Bad Bunny, Trevor Noah and BTS to name a few.
The Daytona Beach, FL native is a proud MBA graduate of FAMU, graduated NYU as Valedictorian (M.A.; Music Business), and serves on the Steinhardt Dean’s Alumni Advisory Board, but X is most proud to serve as a Deacon at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Brooklyn, NY.
Bridget joined Spotify in August 2023 and holds the position of Global Head of Advertising Business Marketing. Before Spotify, Bridget held the role of Head of Business Marketing for the Family of Apps at Meta, leading efforts to help brands see the full potential of Instagram, Facebook, and Threads to drive their business objectives. She has 15 years of experience pushing brands forward with digital-first strategies. Prior to Meta, Bridget led consumer marketing, content, and affiliate for Amazon Fashion. Previously, she served as vice president of account strategy at Vaynermedia, where she married creative and media to develop brand and DR campaigns for companies like Coach, Sour Patch Kids, Birchbox, and JP Morgan Chase.
She has correctly guessed Wordle on her first attempt at least three times, and currently lives in New York.
Paula has been a Creative Strategist at Spotify's Creative Lab since 2021, first leading creative efforts for Brazil before transitioning to North America last year. Before Spotify, she spent three years as a Creative Producer at BuzzFeed, partnering with brands to create everything from longform articles to viral quizzes. With 15+ years across creativity, innovation and media, including shaping content strategy at Uber for LatAm and working across creative agencies, her work has centered on inspiring brands to connect with culture.
Her musical career peaked early, landing the lead in her school's Annie Jr. production at age 11. The performing stopped, but the music obsession stuck. Her hidden talents include identifying songs within five seconds and still remembering the Japanese lyrics to "Sakura" from fifth grade.
Kelsey Woo is the Global Director of Monetization Product Marketing at Spotify, where she oversees a team of product marketers who lead go-to-market strategy and product positioning for Spotify’s advertising solutions.
Over 7+ years at Spotify, she has overseen global launches across ads measurement, podcasts, and ad formats.
Previously, Kelsey held roles at Hearst and Verizon, specializing in digital and programmatic ad tech and commercial strategy. She is based in Southern California and holds a B.A. from Boston College.
Naomi Walkland is Chief Marketing Officer at Motorway, the UK's fastest-growing car marketplace, where she oversees brand, product, growth, communications, and business marketing. Previously VP at Bumble, she was part of the team that took the company public in 2021 and scaled marketing operations across EMEA and APAC, expanding the brand into over 15 markets and leading campaigns like My Love is Black Love. An Honorary Fellow of The Marketing Society and member of its global board, Naomi has been recognised by Marketing Week and Campaign Magazine as one of the UK's top marketing leaders.
Julie Scelzo is a creative leader whose career spans Leo Burnett, FCB (where she helped launch Live in Levi's), Meta, Pandora Music (where she built a 100-person creative team earning Cannes Lions, Clios, and One Show recognition), and Dentsu Creative USA, where she served as Chief Creative Officer. Now at Xfinity, Julie has been named to Adweek's Creative 100 and Business Insider's 33 Most Creative Women, and remains driven by a simple belief: that teams who feel seen, supported, and trusted create work that moves culture.
